Service Express is hiring Sales Development Representatives (SDR) – Enterprise Customer Growth to join our team. We are looking for a go-getter, detail oriented, strategic thinker, and someone who is always in pursuit of consistent growth. Your role as an SDR will be to reach out to and engage existing customer accounts to create new sales opportunities and pipeline (future revenue) for Service Express’ sales organization. To accomplish this, you will work closely with your team of SDRs and build strong partnerships with Senior Account Managers in territories throughout the US. This position is a great opportunity for those looking to start their career or gain more sales experience in a growing IT services industry.
Here is what a typical day as an SDR – Enterprise Customer Growth looks like:
Working full-time or part-time in-office alongside a group of passionate and energetic teammates
Leveraging a variety of outreach tools such as phone, email, and social platforms (LinkedIn) to develop interactions with existing customers
Understand and effectively deliver the Service Express value proposition, articulating our service capabilities to schedule meetings for your Senior Account Manager partners
Achieving and exceeding daily, weekly & monthly metrics (meetings scheduled, meetings held, opportunities created & converted, etc)

1-2+ years of professional experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields with a strong interest in impacting customer solutions & expanding business partnerships
Engaged personality and thrive in a high-energy/fast-paced environment
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and can easily adapt to change
Ability to think on your feet in a conversation- ask and answer questions with ease
Great at finding ways to motivate yourself and your teammates- team culture and momentum is how our team thrives!

$45-50k + commission for on-target earnings of $55-65k+ (commissions are uncapped)
Senior SDR – internal promotion after 9 months based on consistent performance and growing team impact Opportunity to earn $6k+ in extra commission
