The Role: Sales Development Representative (SDR) Floater

**This position is work-from-home/remote - Occasional travel is required, at most 4-6 times per year, with most trips expected to be in the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW), Texas area.**

Base pay is $22/hour + Monthly Commissions + Quarterly Bonuses.
What You'll Do:
You'll play a critical role in both our immediate objectives and long-term growth trajectory. You're committed to providing targeted support where it's most needed, ensuring comprehensive coverage, and optimal resource allocation. As an SDR Floater, you will be instrumental in securing appointments for our Outside Business Development Managers (BDMs), particularly in areas requiring additional attention or during the absence of assigned SDRs. Additionally, you'll be entrusted with spearheading special projects that align with our strategic objectives that may include prospecting for new BDMs and markets. You will occasionally travel to participate in tradeshows and events alongside BDMs when their assigned SDR is unable to attend. You will also attend in-person training sessions during onboarding, and semi-annual department and company-wide kickoff events held in the Dallas Fort Worth (DFW) area.

What You'll Bring:
High school diploma or equivalent
At least 2 years experience cold calling, preferably in an SDR position
Familiarity with CRM software (We use Salesforce)
Proficient user of MS Office
Proficient in utilizing sales enablement tools, including SalesLoft
Expertly collaborate with numerous Business Development Manager (BDMs) in a constantly changing environment
Quickly grasp the intricacies of different markets, adapting to varying geographies and resonating trends
Demonstrate adeptness in managing a flexible schedule across multiple time zones, ensuring seamless workflow and communication
Strong desire to excel and surpass targets
Naturally self-motivated, driven, and competitive
Maintains a positive attitude in all situations
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Team spirited but able to work autonomously with minimal oversight
