The RoleWere seeking a Cleveland-based Practice Growth Sales Representative to lead warm, strategic sales conversations with doctors who already know our brand, have attended one of our educational sessions, or were referred to us by a trusted partner.
This is a consultative sales role with a strong foundation in relationship building and proven processes. You'll be part of a high-impact team focused on helping optometrists unlock measurable growth through smarter marketing and data-backed strategy. As one of the early hires in this expanding sales function, you'll also help shape the future of our go-to-market approach.
Key ResponsibilitiesWarm Lead Conversion (75%)Conduct scheduled sales calls via Zoom with doctors who were referred, attended EyecarePro events, or engaged with our strategic content.
Follow our proven 3-step sales process: Discovery Marketing Needs Analysis Custom Plan Presentation & Close.
Track sales activity, conversion rates, and key outcomes in the CRM system.
Work closely with Client Services to ensure smooth handoffs post-sale.
Build referral pipelines by nurturing strategic relationships across the eyecare industry (consultants, reps, buying groups, associations).
Surface new opportunities to expand our speaking and thought leadership presence in the industry.
Collaborate with the marketing team to convert thought leadership and events into new deal flow.

Located in or near Cleveland, Ohio (in-person onboarding and team collaboration required)
3-5 years of experience in consultative, service-based sales (healthcare, marketing, SaaS, or professional services preferred)
Strong communication and presentation skills, especially over Zoom and screen share
Comfortable using CRM tools, tracking activity, and following structured sales workflows
Confident, curious, and genuinely motivated by helping clients succeed
Background or familiarity with the eyecare industry is a strong advantage
