A Sales Development Representative (SDR) plays a crucial role in driving our revenue growth by engaging warm leads and booking opportunities for our outside sales team to close deals. SDRs act as the frontline of our sales process and play a critical role in establishing trust with our customers during this first customer interaction. We’re looking for someone who’s already thrived in this type of role and is eager for the next challenge.
Top 5 Key Responsibilities Qualify and set appointments for our outside sales rep Work inbound and outbound leads to meet weekly and monthly sales quotas Demonstrate Product Knowledge Confidently and sell the value Maintain accurate lead data in our CRMs Collaborate amongst departments to stay update-to-date on process changes, product offerings, and industry trends
