Summary: This role is focused on driving interest and engagement for SolarWinds products among existing and potential customers. You will play a crucial part in the lead generation process, qualifying prospects, and effectively communicating SolarWinds’ value proposition. Your work will directly impact customer acquisition and pipeline management.
Responsibilities: Execute prospecting activities to generate leads and interest for SolarWinds products among existing customers.
Qualify inbound and outbound leads effectively.
Understand customer needs and communicate the SolarWinds value proposition clearly.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, assisting potential customers during the product evaluation process.
Manage and maintain accurate customer and pipeline records within Salesforce for handover to Sales Reps.
Submit accurate and timely pipeline creation commitments on a weekly and monthly basis.
Conduct brief online product demonstrations for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Collaborate closely with the internal sales team based in Berlin to ensure a smooth handover process.
Provide market feedback, including customer priorities and needs.
Engage in “social selling” and create new, unique content while being comfortable in front of a camera. Required Skills: 1-2 years of lead qualification, SDR, or sales experience.
Passion for generating interest in SolarWinds products among prospects.
Enthusiastic and self-starting approach.
Effective oral and written communication skills.
Language proficiency based on the country being supported.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Exchange, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Proficiency with social media platforms, especially LinkedIn.
