The Opportunity We’re hiring our very first Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive critical top-of-funnel growth. This role isn’t just another SDR gig, you're shaping the foundation of our go-to-market strategy. You'll gain firsthand experience working closely with our founders, owning lead-gen from the ground up, and developing outbound playbooks that directly fuel our growth. This is a chance to prove yourself and rapidly scale your career alongside the business.
What You'll Do Execute outbound campaigns including cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn messaging. You'll generate leads, manage data entry, and qualify prospects, heavily utilizing our CRM. Additionally, you'll schedule meetings with clinical and healthcare decision-makers and continuously optimize outreach workflows and cadences. Collaboration with founders will be a daily activity as you refine our sales strategy and tactics.
What We're Looking For We're seeking candidates with experience as an SDR or in outbound sales, who possess a relentless work ethic and are comfortable with hustle, repetition, and long hours. An excitement about startups and building from scratch (zero-to-one mindset) is essential. Candidates must be based in or near San Francisco, as this is a fully in-office role.
