Were looking for a Sales Development Representative to do the hard work of marketing, networking, and lead generation that fuels our producers. This role is about building doors where none exist - picking up the phone, pounding the pavement, and opening conversations that lead to real opportunities.
This is not an insurance sales position (yet). You don't need a license or prior insurance experience to start. But the ideal candidate views this as a stepping-stone toward becoming a fully licensed sales producer.

Responsibilities What You'll Do Make outbound calls daily to prospects, referral partners, and local businesses Build relationships in the community through networking and face-to-face outreach Prequalify and connect prospects to licensed producers in our agency Consistently follow up and stay organized in our CRM Generate referrals that turn into new clients
Requirement What We're Looking For Accountability: You own your numbers and your effort - no excuses Grit: You're not afraid of rejection and can push through tough days Communication skills: You like talking to people and making connections Drive: You set goals and wont stop until you hit them Sales or outbound calling experience is a plus, but not required
