Were looking for a Sales Development Representative to do the hard work of marketing, networking, and lead generation that fuels our producers. This role is about building doors where none exist - picking up the phone, pounding the pavement, and opening conversations that lead to real opportunities.
This is not an insurance sales position (yet). You don't need a license or prior insurance experience to start. But the ideal candidate views this as a stepping-stone toward becoming a fully licensed sales producer.

Responsibilities
What You'll Do
Make outbound calls daily to prospects, referral partners, and local businesses
Build relationships in the community through networking and face-to-face outreach
Prequalify and connect prospects to licensed producers in our agency
Consistently follow up and stay organized in our CRM
Generate referrals that turn into new clients
Requirement
