Role Overview We are looking for a high-energy Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive pipeline growth. As the front line of our sales process, you'll focus on proactive outreach to service directors, fixed ops leaders, and dealership executives. Your goal: create qualified meetings for our sales team by sparking interest and uncovering dealership challenges where CallSource Auto can help. What You'll Do Execute high-volume outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and social touches. Identify, engage, and qualify decision makers within dealership groups. Secure qualified appointments for Account Executives to deliver product demos. Research target accounts to personalize outreach and maximize conversion. Track activity and maintain accurate notes in CRM for visibility and handoff. Collaborate with sales leadership to refine messaging, campaigns, and targeting. What We're Looking For 1-2 years of outbound SDR, inside sales, or dealership BDC experience. Excellent phone presence with confidence to engage executive-level prospects. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Self-starter who thrives in a quota-driven environment. Resilient, competitive, and motivated to exceed outreach and meeting goals.
