Responsibilities
Qualify prospects by engaging leads from inbound and outbound marketing programs.
Use internal and external data resources to conduct research on organizations and contacts driving high quality of leads and new sales opportunities.
Uncover needs through discovery to determine the best solutions for each account based on a customer needs analysis.
Maintain a pipeline of leads and opportunities with a consistent, thoughtful approach to drive engagement and support business growth.
Use to accurately and efficiently track activity and update lead, account, and opportunity information, as appropriate.
Develop a strong understanding of our products and services, and build interest by aligning customer needs with the right solutions.
Partner with marketing teams as appropriate to improve and assist in the development of lead generating programs.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree
1+ years of experience in a Sales, Demand, or Lead Generation focused role preferred.
Experience in technology, retail or equivalent industry with high degree of complexity preferred
Experience and ability to build and maintain cross-departmental, multi-functional and collaborative relationships preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using CRM software, particularly
Knowledge and experience with business software applications including MS Outlook Suite (Outlook, Word, Power Point, Excel,) and virtual communication tools required.
