About Us We’re a dynamic and rapidly expanding SaaS company specializing in document management solutions. As we roll out an exciting new product, we’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive outreach and spark interest among automotive dealerships nationwide. (This Role is Hybrid)
Responsibilities Engage dealership contacts across the country through warm and cold calls. Book at least 20 product demos per month with dealership controllers. Maintain a 50%+ demo retention rate—your conversations matter! Collaborate with internal teams to fine-tune messaging and outreach strategies. Keep CRM systems up-to-date with accurate activity logs. Represent our brand with energy, professionalism, and enthusiasm.
Qualifications and Skills Experience in sales, customer service, or call center environments is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Confidence in outbound calling and handling objections. Strong organizational skills and a goal-driven mindset. Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot is a bonus. Schedule: Monday - Friday (8:00AM - 5:00PM) Compensation: $20.00 / HR (Paid Weekly)
