Sales Development Representative (SDR) Salary: $50,000 – $55,000 base + commission Working setup: Hybrid (Austin Highland office) Location: Austin, TX Calling all graduates If you've recently completed your degree and are ready to launch your career, this role could be the perfect fit. We're looking for bright, energetic, and motivated individuals who want to learn the fundamentals of SaaS sales, build confidence on the phone, and commit to developing as an SDR for the next couple of years. You don't need prior sales experience. What matters most is your intelligence, energy, and willingness to learn. Full training and support will be provided to help you succeed. The Company Neulinx is working with a leading SaaS provider that helps independent hotels, B&Bs, and vacation rental owners manage bookings, operations, and guest experiences. Their software is used by thousands of accommodation providers worldwide, and they are now expanding their team in Austin. What you'll be doing Making 50–100 calls a day to connect with independent hotels, B&Bs, and vacation rental owners. Using a database of warm and cold leads (no need to source your own). Sparking interest and qualifying prospects before passing opportunities to Business Development Managers. Running short online demos. Keeping everything organised and recorded accurately in the CRM.
