Job Description
FoodChain ID is a global leader in regulatory compliance and risk management solutions, helping food, beverage, and consumer goods companies stay compliant, launch products faster, and reduce risk through our SaaS platform and expert services.
We’re hiring Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to connect with inbound prospects and help them explore how FoodChain ID can solve their regulatory and compliance challenges. SDRs are the first voice of our sales team, building trust, qualifying needs, and setting the stage for deeper sales conversations.
What You’ll Do:
- Respond to inbound leads quickly and professionally across phone, email, and chat
- Run initial qualification conversations with regulatory, QA, and product leaders
- Uncover needs, pain points, and success criteria to hand off to Account Executives
- Manage lead follow-up and nurture sequences inside Salesforce
- Support marketing campaigns and events with rapid follow-up
- Learn how to connect regulatory challenges to strategic outcomes in sales conversations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly motivated and goal-oriented, with a “no excuses” mindset
- Able to learn complex topics and explain them simply
- Comfortable speaking with executives and decision-makers early in the process
- Bachelor’s degree (completed or in final year) in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, or related fields
- Base salary + commission
- Formal onboarding + sales coaching
- Clear career path into BDR or Account Executive roles
- Exposure to SaaS selling best practices and global enterprise buyers
- Skills to advance quickly into closing roles
