Sales Development Representative

As a Sales Development Representative, you will report to the Sales Development Manager, and will be a critical part of our team, helping generate sales leads through business development outreach prospecting. What You’ll Do Conduct a high volume of personalized cold calls and cold emails to target prospects Create short, compelling prospect outreach emails explaining rater8’s value proposition, customized to each potential client to generate product demos Accurately track sales opportunities and prospective customer interactions in our CRM system Work collaboratively with our sales team to develop effective business development strategies Create other marketing and sales collateral to support sales efforts as needed Stay up-to-date on product features, and benefits Achieve monthly lead generation goals What You’ll Bring A maximum of 1 to 3 years of experience in a Sales Development Representative (SDR) or similar outbound sales role.
Healthcare experience is required, experience doesn't need to be within sales or tech specifically.

In addition to the base salary, this role offers performance-based commission opportunities.
Actual total compensation will depend on individual performance.
