Responsibilities
Client Engagement: Develop strong relationships with prospective clients by understanding their insurance needs and offering suitable solutions.
Sales Development: Utilize a strategic approach to identify and generate new business opportunities within the Warsaw, Illinois area.
Collaboration: Work closely with team members to develop strategies that enhance customer experience and expand client base.
Account Management: Maintain existing accounts, providing exceptional service while identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional insurance products.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor sales activities and market conditions to provide regular reports and suggestions for improvement.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and practices, integrating new knowledge into daily functions to benefit clients and the agency.
Requirement
Licensing: A current Property & Casualty License is required or the ability to obtain one swiftly.
Experience: Previous experience in sales or customer service, particularly within insurance, is advantageous.
Communication Skills: Strong ability to effectively communicate ideas and interact positively with clients.
Sales Proficiency: Demonstrated ability in using sales techniques to build relationships and improve sales outcomes.
