Sales Director $5k Sign on Bonus (Full Time) Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Sales Director to join our team at Vitalia Senior Residences at Westlake. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing close relationships with potential residents and families, helping them navigate tough conversations about next-step solutions, and driving occupancy growth in the community. We are offering a $5,000 sign-on bonus and a competitive salary range of $55,000 to $66,500 per year. The successful candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities: Develop close relationships with potential residents and families to support their decision-making process. Help leads and families problem-solve and select the senior living option that suits their needs. Drive occupancy growth in the community through awareness of move-ins, move-outs, and shifting vacancies. Ensure exceptional lead experiences during tours and visits to community events. Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old. Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Must be able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a 12th grade proficiency. Must have a positive and energetic attitude. Must be able to follow written and verbal directions and apply practical problem-solving skills. Must be criminally cleared.
