As Sales Director, You Will Own the entire sales process - from outbound outreach to contract signing. Build strong relationships with marketing and creative leaders at brands, agencies, and partners. Establish and scale our presence in the US market, acting as a trusted advisor. Use a consultative, insight-led approach to articulate our value proposition and ROI. Represent us at key industry events to build awareness and generate new business. Stay on top of market trends and share feedback to influence our roadmap and strategy. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer success. What You\'ll Bring To The Table A "hunter" mentality with a proven track record in the AdTech and MarTech industries. 5+ years of experience in Sales or Business Development, preferably selling to CMOs and marketing executives. Demonstrated success closing mid-market to enterprise deals and consistently exceeding revenue targets. A strategic thinker who knows how to open doors, build trust, and move deals fast. Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling abilities.
