You will work closely with early adopters to address their unique needs and challenges, ensuring our platform delivers optimal relevance and profound value. As the Sales Director, you will lead efforts in customer acquisition, pipeline development, and revenue growth, especially in the initial sales phases. This foundational role will play a key part in influencing customer satisfaction, achieving product-market fit, and fostering renewal growth. The ideal candidate is a customer-focused and solution-oriented sales professional with a proven record in enterprise B2B sales, particularly within SaaS, AI, or related sectors. You should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in sales, commercial operations, or business development, with significant exposure to senior executive leadership roles. This role requires a strategic mindset, operational discipline, and strong communication skills, as well as the capability to thrive in an ambiguous environment. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required. Experience in startup environments, particularly during the Seed-Series A phase, is highly desirable. Familiarity with AI technologies or related fields is a plus, as is experience with professional networks or executive user communities.
