Sales Director The Sales Director will lead and develop a growing sales organization within a fast-paced Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment. This individual will be responsible for managing team performance, driving accountability, and executing strategic initiatives that support revenue growth across multiple service lines. The role blends hands-on team leadership with direct input into go-to-market strategy, making it well suited for a high-performing sales manager ready to take the next step in their career. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who has been successful leading a sales team and is looking to step into their first director-level role; someone who is ready to move from purely tactical execution toward shaping the broader sales organization. Preferred location is the Twin Cities metro area to facilitate in-person collaboration with the team. Remote candidates will be considered with the understanding that semi frequent travel to work hands on with the team may be required. This role leads a team of 7 sales professionals based primarily in our Edina, MN office: 2 Outside Sales Representatives 2 Hybrid Account Manager / New Business Acquisition Representatives 1 Account Manager / vCIO 2 Order Coordinators Compensation for this position is expected to be a base salary of $120,000.00 - 130,000.00 annually with a performance-based bonus structure. OTE potential is anticipated to be up to $160,000.00 - 180,000.00 per year including base salary and OTE earnings potential. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and manage a multi-function sales team spanning new business acquisition, account management, and solution sales roles Drive team performance through structured coaching, goal setting, and ongoing accountability measures Manage and monitor KPIs aligned to organizational growth objectives Develop and implement scalable sales processes and performance frameworks Partner with executive leadership to shape go-to-market strategy and contribute to company-level revenue planning Partner cross-functionally with operations and executive leadership to ensure alignment on growth initiatives Collaborate with technical pre-sales and vCIO resources to support complex solution selling cycles Provide leadership support to solution-focused sales specialists who serve niche markets Conduct regular performance reviews, pipeline reviews, and forecast reporting Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new sales team members Maintain accurate forecasting and reporting within CRM systems Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Proven success as a sales manager with a track record of team growth and performance, and a clear readiness to operate at a director level Strong proficiency with HubSpot CRM Proven ability to implement performance management frameworks and scalable sales processes Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills Demonstrated ability to think both tactically and strategically, with an appetite to grow into broader organizational leadership MSP or IT services industry experience strongly preferred About OneNet Global Shield Technology Partners is a national IT Services platform formed through the collaboration between Thrive Holdings and ZBS Partners.
