Sales Director – Sage Mountain Senior Living

Location: Thousand Oaks, CA - On Site Join Our Mission of Compassionate Care and Exceptional Service Sage Mountain Senior Living, an Agemark Senior Living community, is seeking a dynamic Sales Director to lead occupancy and outreach efforts at our vibrant senior living community. If you're a relationship-driven professional with a passion for helping families make life-changing decisions, we want to hear from you. What You’ll Do: Drive occupancy by executing a strategic, relationship-based sales process Respond promptly and compassionately to inquiries and conduct personalized tours Build and nurture strong referral partnerships with local professionals and organizations Collaborate across departments to create seamless and memorable experiences for prospects Organize community events, marketing campaigns, and outreach activities Track sales metrics and maintain detailed records in a CRM system What We’re Looking For: 3–5 years of sales experience (senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or real estate preferred) Proven success in consultative, empathy-driven selling Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills Comfortable navigating emotional family decisions and building trust Familiarity with CRM tools and local market outreach Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant experience considered Bonus Points For: Existing network of local referral partners Experience with senior move-ins or care assessments Knowledge of Medicaid, LTC insurance, and related financial matters What we offer: Competitive pay and commission structure Full benefit package including pet insurance, long term care, hospital indemnity and more PTO on Day ONE 401k with a match Up to $5,250 per year in education reimbursement, with opportunities to double your benefit or earn a tuition-free degree through our college partnerships Opportunities for growth and development Why Sage Mountain?
