Join us and be a part of a team that puts people first My Auto Store seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Director to lead the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of our used automotive parts sales division. This leadership role focuses on revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and team performance, while also playing a key role in expanding our market presence across wholesale, retail, and commercial auto repair channels. This role will work out of our Camden, NJ location. The Sales Director will directly manage a team of sales representatives, setting the tone for excellence in customer service and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in sales management—5–8 years minimum required—and a deep understanding of the automotive industry, particularly in recycled or used parts, dealership, or retail counter sales. Key Responsibilities Lead and Manage the Sales Team Motivate, mentor, and oversee a team of sales professionals, setting performance goals and ensuring accountability. Drive Strategic Sales Growth Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans aligned with company revenue and growth targets. Analyze Trends & Data Use market insights, customer behavior analysis, and sales data to identify growth opportunities and optimize strategies. Pricing & Profitability Create and implement pricing strategies that ensure competitiveness and profitability. Customer & Key Account Relations Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients; support the sales team in closing high-value or strategic deals. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with inventory, dismantling, and procurement teams to align supply with sales forecasts and market demand. Performance Reporting Provide daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and profitability reports to senior leadership. Process Optimization Continuously improve sales workflows, reporting systems, and CRM utilization to enhance operational efficiency. Team Development Drive ongoing training, coaching, and professional development to keep the team sharp and competitive.
