Franklin Templeton’s US Wealth Management Strategy and Execution team is seeking an exceptional candidate to join the Business Management team. The Sales Enablement Specialist will play a key role in partnering with External/Internal Sales, Sales Leadership, Technology, Distribution Intelligence and others to drive sales efficiency and effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have sales experience, an aptitude for technology and a passion for training and helping others. What is the Sales Enablement Specialist responsible for?
Sales Enablement Strategy: Ensure that the sales team has the necessary tools, resources and knowledge to effectively engage with clients.
Assist in understanding and defining business requirements, developing solutions, and training once implemented.
Help track technology enhancements designed to enable the sales process
Document sales team feedback and requirements, as needed.
Technology adoption and training: Deliver impactful in person or virtual technology training in a variety of settings – large groups, small groups and one on one.
Partner with the training team to design and curate robust training programs.
Participate in building training plans for sales teams that can adapt to individual needs and evolve with the sales process.
Support: Provide “white glove” technology support to the sales team – guide them through common tech questions, provide best practices, and partner with resources around Franklin Templeton to ensure challenges are resolved expeditiously.
Develop and maintain a reference guide of best practices relating to Technology.
What ideal qualifications, skills & experience would help someone to be successful?
Minimum of 2-5 years industry experience, sales experience preferred
Understanding of the retail sales process and industry landscape
Passion for training and a strong desire to help the sales team exceed sales goals
Experience using Microsoft Dynamics, Seismic, Microsoft Teams
Basic understanding of AI and how it can be leveraged within a sales process
Motivated and proactive self-starter who can adapt to changing requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable creating PowerPoint slides or presentations to support training needs
