About the Role
As we grow, we need a right-hand partner who can bring structure, polish, and speed to our sales enablement efforts. You’ll create and manage the content and tools our team needs to sell with clarity and purpose — from one-pagers and case studies to sales scripts and email sequences. This is a behind-the-scenes but high-impact role ideal for a systems thinker with a heart for storytelling.
What You’ll Do
Build and maintain a library of client-facing assets (decks, one-pagers, pricing menus)
Translate offerings like Executive Search and RPO into compelling, digestible language
Write and update email sequences, call scripts, and LinkedIn messaging templates
Track performance of materials and recommend improvements
Support sales onboarding with playbooks and micro-trainings

You’re a creative writer who knows how to sell with empathy and strategy
You love building systems and documents that bring order to the chaos
You’ve worked closely with sales, marketing, or founders before
You know how to translate ideas into assets — fast and clean
You care about inclusive messaging, mission alignment, and cultural fluency
Bonus Points
Familiarity with staffing, recruiting, or HR sales
Design experience (Canva, Google Slides, Notion)
Experience with CRM tools, sales automation, and content audits
