About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and innovative Sales Enablement Vice President to lead a dedicated team focused on coaching and training our sales professionals to surpass revenue goals. In this pivotal role, you will drive sales performance across our extensive network of multidisciplinary centers while developing and implementing effective sales strategies that foster best practices in consultative selling and exceptional customer experiences.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a results-driven approach who possesses a deep understanding of sales processes and the ability to forge strong cross-functional relationships with diverse stakeholders. You will champion a culture of collaboration, act as a vital link between sales and operations, and spearhead innovative sales enablement programs that enhance our team's effectiveness.
To thrive in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (an MBA is preferred) and at least 5 years of sales management experience in high-growth, multi-site services. Proven leadership in developing high-performing teams, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication and presentation abilities are essential.
A passion for consumer-driven healthcare innovation and a commitment to our mission of breaking down barriers within healthcare is crucial. You should have the ability to analyze data to formulate actionable strategies and be adaptable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Experience in clinical or doctor relationship management is a valuable asset.
