Position Summary: Sales Executives are professionals who help us build our Aetna's Specialty Division business via the broker distribution channels for Dental/Vision products covering for the Individual segment. Their goal is to understand and meet customer needs using Aetna's and CVS' combined products and services. Fundamental Components: Builds strategic partnerships with assigned producers and customers to achieve profitable growth and cross sell/standalone objectives. Strong understanding of customer needs and expectations across multiple market segments. Moderate influence on the sale and retention of business. Oversees targeted business prospects to develop new opportunities and cross sell business. Manages and builds producer relations as needed. Identifies opportunities to partner with the client by drawing from the entire spectrum of product lines. Develops, executes, and communicates company objectives that are aligned with prospect's objectives. Coordinates sales materials, testimonials, and support from SME's. Delivers organized polished presentations of solutions. Collaborates with underwriting to prepare competitive quotes. Creates open enrollment plan with producer and plan sponsor. Monitors industry information and competitive environment. Ensures product, pricing and services meet client's needs. Collaborates with internal and external partners to uncover profitable growth and cross-sell opportunities. Coordinates sales materials, testimonials, and subject matter expert involvement. Manages/coordinates the integration of client's and Aetna's internal organizations and partners. Required Qualifications: 3+ years of relevant experience (Sales experience within employee health benefits). Must be willing to travel within the Market. Must reside in commuting distance of the Market. Health & Life Insurance license. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint. Strong business acumen, presentation skills and ability to work independently. Preferred Qualifications: Established relationships with Broker Channel. Carrier Sales experience. Salesforce experience. Prior Dental/Vision Sales Experience. Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent experience (HS diploma + 4 years relevant experience).
