Due to our rapid growth in the electronic security sector, we are seeking a driven and dynamic National Account Manager to help us expand our business further.
This role focuses on lead generation and building meaningful relationships. Working from your home office, you will have the opportunity to set appointments and present our cutting-edge commercial electronic security products and services to national and large regional accounts. We provide a competitive base salary alongside an attractive commission structure on product sales, plus recurring revenue from our service packages. Essential Functions:
Demonstrate a relentless drive to acquire new accounts while cultivating strong relationships.
Manage all aspects of assigned accounts and new opportunities using our CRM.
Conduct account reviews to identify challenges and opportunities for growth.
Identify and resolve operational issues in collaboration with internal teams.
Develop sales strategies to expand existing customer relationships.
Craft tailored sales approaches to address client's unique needs and challenges.
Deliver compelling presentations to potential customers.
Collaborate with sales engineers to perform site surveys for key accounts.
Build rapport with local customer contacts and develop a network.
Act as the primary point of contact for all customer-related needs.
Work with internal teams to solve any client concerns.
Lead the completion of RFI and RFP requests, collaborating across the organization as necessary.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
3 to 5 years of experience in National Enterprise and Integrated Security Solutions.
Previous experience in consultative service solutions sales.
3 years of proven track record in achieving high sales quotas in related markets.
Skilled in networking and lead generation to secure new business.
Exceptional leadership and negotiation abilities, alongside strong communication skills.
Demonstrated capability to create and execute service/account strategies.
Willingness to travel up to 50% within assigned territory.
Bachelor's degree preferred; High School or GED required.
