Sales Executive Assistant

We are looking for a highly organized Administrative Executive to provide essential support to our sales leadership team. In this role, you’ll take ownership of day-to-day administrative functions that keep the sales department running smoothly from managing executive calendars and preparing reports to coordinating meetings and ensuring accurate documentation.
As the right hand to our sales executives, you’ll serve as the first point of contact for clients, partners, and internal teams, helping to foster strong relationships through clear communication and professionalism. Your ability to stay ahead of schedules, anticipate needs, and handle details with precision will directly contribute to the productivity and success of the entire sales organization.

Responsibilities Manage calendars for sales executives, scheduling meetings and appointments efficiently.
Prepare, organize, and maintain sales presentations, proposals, reports, and other critical documentation.
Assist in drafting and reviewing sales contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Serve as a liaison between the sales team and clients, handling inquiries with professionalism.
Track key sales metrics and support performance analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Coordinate logistics for client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
Experience: Proven track record in administrative or executive support, ideally supporting sales or leadership teams.
Skills: Exceptional organizational abilities, strong communication skills, and high attention to detail.
Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM systems and sales tracking tools is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications Hands-on experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
Familiarity with sales processes, terminology, and performance metrics.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
