Responsibilities New Business Development: Identify and close new sales opportunities by demonstrating the value of our SaaS, data, and information services tailored specifically for commercial real estate lenders and financial institutions. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with CRE lending clients, ensuring exceptional service and identifying opportunities for expansion. Territory Engagement: Travel within your assigned region to meet with clients and prospects face-to-face, fostering trust, delivering product value, and strengthening partnerships. Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders and local field sales teams to align on client goals, ensuring seamless execution and maximizing client satisfaction. Market Expertise: Develop deep knowledge of CoStar for Lender’s industry-leading solutions and the commercial real estate lending space to position yourself as a trusted advisor. Sales Execution: Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and demos to closing, onboarding, training, and renewals—driving growth and exceeding revenue targets. Basic Qualifications 4-8 years of solution selling experience, with success in owning the full-sales cycle from prospect to close. History of success in selling SaaS Solutions to banks and financial institutions. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited, not for profit University or College. A track record of commitment and success with prior employers. Willing and able to travel to client and prospect locations on a regular basis. Experienced with complex sales processes. Comfortable with diagnostic selling and committed to delivering solutions to our clients and prospects. Proactive, curious, and eager to work in a fast paced environment. Possess a current and valid driver’s license. Satisfactory completion of a Driving Record/Driving Abstract check prior to start. Preferred Qualifications Our Ideal Candidate is well-versed in their technical skillset, risk concepts and selling into target companies’ HQs.Is a well-rounded, versatile sales professional with experience with real estate and fluency selling data and SaaS solutions Experience selling to large organizations with sophisticated buying processes (i.e. Selling Enterprise software solutions – bonus if selling into Banks and Lenders). Understands fundamentals or economic models and risk models. Comfortable managing date and speaking to the value of integrating proprietary data sets with commercially available data sets. Familiar with banking regulations and the regulatory framework in the US banking system including stress testing and compliance reporting.
