What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Self-generate leads and prospect existing clients via phone and email to schedule quality meetings - Review client data using sales tools to prepare for discovery meetings and propose solutions - Create proposals based on meeting insights and follow up with clients to secure decisions - Meet with clients to review agreements and negotiate terms to close sales - Participate in weekly team meetings to strategize and collaborate on achieving sales quotas
What is Required (Qualifications): - Minimum of 3 years of experience in inside or outside business-to-business sales - Minimum of 3 years of experience in relevant sectors such as Digital Media, Health Insurance, HR Services, or Financial Services - Associate's Degree preferred - Strong skills in accountability, adaptability, relationship building, and self-discipline - Proven ability in sales prospecting and closing techniques
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Experience in HR Services or similar sectors - Familiarity with Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions - Advanced communication skills, both written and verbal - Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets - Experience attending and participating in partner meetings
