Position Overview As a Sales Executive with LoopNet, you will be part of a growth-oriented, innovative company and will partner with top owners and brokers to develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies to showcase and differentiate portfolios online. You will build long-lasting, service-focused client relationships and demonstrate ROI using our proprietary analytics tools and reporting capabilities. You will prospect, study industry trends, and conduct effective product demonstrations, leveraging CoStar Groups deep CRE knowledge to grow your client portfolio. New Sales Executives receive extensive classroom and field training and will develop digital marketing and sales skills working with internal experts across product marketing and product management. Key Responsibilities Relationship Management: Use consultative sales methods to build client relationships, drive advertising revenue, and act as a trusted advisor on marketing plans. Business Development: Prospect new clients using CoStar Group data to drive sales and close new business. Teamwork: Collaborate with LoopNet and CoStar teams to achieve sales goals. Business Acumen: Develop expertise in digital advertising strategies, CRE trends, and market territory dynamics. Customer Focus: Deliver outstanding client support, share market insights, and provide solutions that help clients achieve goals. Travel: Build relationships through regular in-person meetings, which may require travel by car and outside the driving radius of the office location. Basic Qualifications Bachelors degree from an accredited university. 4+ years of full-cycle sales and account management experience in a B2B environment selling CRE, digital advertising, marketing solutions, AdTech/PropTech/FinTech, data & analytics. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas with a strong focus on customer experience. Current, valid drivers license and ability to pass Driving Record/Driving Abstract check prior to start. Preferred Qualifications Experience building long-term relationships with senior/C-Suite clients. Ability to analyze data, build reporting, and make strategic recommendations based on market data and performance metrics. Access to a vehicle prior to or by start date; flexibility to adapt in a high-growth environment. Self-starter who works well in a team and independently. Why LoopNet and CoStar Group?
