What youll own as a Sales Executive Merchant Regional Drive new business growth and boost profitability in existing accounts by identifying high-impact opportunities through market and client insight. Serve as the strategic sales lead, consulting with owners and C-suite executives. Build and energize a strong referral network and execute proactive outreach strategies to generate sales momentum. Build and manage pipeline through referrals and self-generated leads. Partner with sales teams to expand existing customer relationships. Deliver persuasive, value-driven presentations demonstrating how our solutions meet client needs. Travel within a designated territory to prospect, build relationships, and sign up new local businesses. What Youll Bring Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience 2+ years of sales experience, especially in solution selling, small businesses, and merchant services A proven track record of exceeding sales targets with a data-driven, results-focused approach Excellent cold calling, prospecting, and territory development skills Ability to manage client relationships in partnership with internal teams for customer success Quick understanding of technology fundamentals and applying them to business needs Receptiveness to feedback, personal accountability, and growth mindset Creative problem-solving and sound decision-making Effective communication skills, both verbal and written Creativity, empowerment, and accountability in work approach Preferred Qualifications Background in SaaS or payments is a plus Proficiency in Salesforce CRM is a bonus Additional Information Salary range: $54,800 - $90,300, depending on experience and location.
