Les Olson IT is a premier office technology provider based in Utah, specializing in providing and servicing multi-functional copiers and printers, and offering managed print services. Since our founding in 1956, we have continuously adapted to advancements in office technology. We're looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative who thrives on seeking out new business opportunities, forging strong relationships, and exceeding sales targets.
Role Overview : This role will focus on finding and securing new business opportunities for our Image & Print division . You'll play a critical role in expanding our customer base, with a primary responsibility of identifying, engaging, and closing opportunities with potential customers throughout the Salt Lake valley. This is a high-energy, target-driven role perfect for a go-getter with a hunter mentality.
Key Responsibilities :
Prospecting: Research and identify new business opportunities through cold calls, networking, social media, and other outreach strategies.
Lead Generation: Build and manage a robust pipeline of prospects, converting leads into sales opportunities.
Customer Engagement: Develop compelling pitches and deliver product/service presentations tailored to client needs.
Relationship Building: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with potential customers to understand their challenges and offer customized solutions.
Sales Execution: Negotiate and close deals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Market Intelligence: Stay informed about office technology industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Reporting: Track activities and progress using Salesforce and provide regular sales performance updates to the leadership team.
What we're looking for :
Proven track record of success in a B2B sales role, with a focus on new business development.
Strong prospecting and lead generation skills; cold-calling experience is a plus.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Goal-driven with a hunter mentality and an unwavering focus on achieving targets.
Experience in selling office technology, such as VoIP phones, copiers, printers, or IT services.
Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Compensation :
$30,000 base pay, plus a $60,000 guarantee ( not a draw on future earnings) paid out in installments over your first 12 months on the job, with the ability to earn uncapped commissions
