Slalom’s Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana and Arkansas market is seeking a talented Sales Executive or Sr. Sales Executive to drive revenue growth and cultivate strategic relationships with key clients in the Travel, Transportation, Hospitality & Retail industry! This individual will play a pivotal role in helping our clients solve their biggest challenges and deliver on goal-oriented sales objectives. This role is based out of our Austin, DFW, Houston OR San Antonio location, candidate must live in/near this location and have the ability to travel to be in the office as needed for training, meetings, office events, client meetings, etc. What You’ll Do Partner with account and practice leaders to strategically pursue new opportunities in the Travel, Transportation, Hospitality & Retail Work with new and existing Travel, Transportation, Hospitality & Retailclients to build a pipeline and secure new Master Service Agreements (MSA’s) Identify and meet with a broad set of buyers to learn about client initiatives and represent Slalom capabilities Develop and sustain a diverse collection of targeted accounts within the Travel, Transportation, Hospitality & Retailindustry Leverage Slalom Sales platforms to drive a forecast and collaborate with account and practice leaders Nurture relationships with Alliance partners to drive Slalom growth in key practice areas Work with consultants to leverage their networks and increase new business opportunities Host or facilitate Slalom marketing events Serve as a liaison with client decision makers, Slalom colleagues and Alliance partners Mentor and collaborate with other sellers within and across other Slalom markets Achieve an individual sales target of up to $2M - $3M+ quarterly / $8M+ $12M+ annually. What You’ll Bring 7+ years of sales experience, preferably in consulting, professional services or technology services, with a focus on Travel, Transportation, Hospitality & Retail Evidence of successfully originating and closing business with new clients in the Travel, Transportation, Hospitality & Retail industry. Demonstrated ability to exceed revenue targets, with a focus on consultative and solution-based selling. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with experience engaging with CXOs and senior decision-makers. Strong business acumen, ability to understand and communicate how emerging technologies can solve complex business challenges.
