What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Drive sales and profitability in alignment with the company's strategic plan
Sugges t new trade opportunities and product developments
Monitor international market developments and customer payment risks
Ensure optimal customer satisfaction and handle product complaints
Collaborate closely with commercial and financial departments
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, international trade, or a comparable role
Strong working knowledge of the import/export environment
Successful customer service experience
Proficiency with MS Office and working knowledge of ERP systems
BA in Business Management, Marketing, International Trade, Agriculture, or a related field is a plus

Proven experience in finding prospects and converting them into customers
Demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients and maintain long-term relationships
Strong organizational skills and ability to solve challenging problems
