We’re looking for a  hunter ;  a self-starter who knows how to build relationships, chase leads, and close deals in the  heavy-duty aftermarket .

If you’ve got some B2B sales experience (3+ years preferred, but we value eagerness to learn and a strong team-first mindset more than just time in the field), can juggle priorities like a pro, and thrive in a  people-first, small-team environment , we want you.

What you’ll do:

75% new business development , 25% house account management Remote work   with  25% travel  (Southeast U.S., Texas, and occasional CONUS trips) Use  HubSpot & O365  to manage pipelines and drive results What you get: $50K base + commission Benefits, profit sharing, 401K, ESOP Employee-owned & open-book managed   – your work makes a difference 100% Remote / Telecommute Ask for details Who you are: A  hunter  with strong social skills and a drive to win Independent, resourceful, and a master multitasker The kind of person who thrives in a  non-corporate, entrepreneurial  culture Has some technical understanding and/or interest in heavy-duty engines and vehicles, gained professionally or as a hobbyist Brings some team leadership experience, whether from professional roles or personal life (sports teams, community leadership, etc.) Demonstrates strong problem solving ability; quick to grasp complex concepts, solve puzzles, enjoys playing games, and adapt to changing situations Avid reader or continuous learner who actively seeks out knowledge to improve skills and understanding Start Date:   ASAP (no later than October 1st).
