Overview: Join our team as an Aircraft Sales Specialist, where you will leverage your sales expertise and passion for aviation to drive both purchases and sales of aircraft. This role suits a diplomatic negotiator with a knack for listening and a robust ability to handle rejection.
Key Responsibilities:
Guide customers through the buying and selling process, providing tailored recommendations based on detailed market analyses.
Negotiate terms effectively, ensuring favorable outcomes for clients.
Manage CRM updates, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in customer and transaction records.
Prepare and verify technical and promotional materials for aircraft listings.
Coordinate aircraft showings, pre-buy inspections, and maintenance approvals.
Maintain open lines of communication across departments and with clients, ensuring smooth operational flow.
Regularly participate in team meetings, staying prepared and proactive in all discussions.
Qualifications:
7+ years required - Proven sales background with specific training in sales techniques.
Excellent communication skills, including a professional phone demeanor.
Proficient in Microsoft 365 and CRM software.
Understanding of legal contract language and comfortable discussing financial matters.
Private pilot with a firm grasp of many makes and models of aircraft.
Ability to relate to others as equals, ask penetrating questions, and challenge opinions diplomatically.
Highly organized and committed to the company’s vision and values.
