Position Overview
As a Sales Representative, youll work with business owners and decision-makers to understand their operational challenges and present solutions that create genuine value. This role combines traditional relationship building with modern digital marketing techniques to identify and develop new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development:
Identify and engage with potential clients who could benefit from outsourcing back-office functions
Conduct consultative sales conversations to understand client needs and operational challenges
Present tailored solutions that demonstrate clear value and cost benefits
Manage the sales process from initial contact through contract completion
Build and maintain professional relationships with business executives and key stakeholders
Marketing and Outreach:
Utilize social media platforms and digital tools to generate leads and build brand awareness
Create engaging content that showcases our expertise and client success stories
Develop creative approaches to reach businesses that could benefit from our services
Participate in networking events and industry activities to build your professional network
Client Relationship Management:
Serve as primary contact for assigned client accounts
Conduct regular check-ins to ensure client satisfaction and identify growth opportunities
Work collaboratively with our operations team to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery
