This role is commission-only , but the earning potential is substantial — high-ticket projects, short sales cycles, and no cap on commissions.

Corporate office relocations

Furniture sales and installations

What You’ll Do

Build and manage a pipeline of business clients in need of relocation or buildout services

Customize and present solutions aligned with client budgets and timelines

Collaborate with internal teams to scope and price each opportunity

Maintain CRM records and visibility into pipeline activity

Ideal Candidate Profile

3+ years in B2B sales (preferred industries: moving, commercial furniture, logistics, construction, or IT)

Familiar with corporate relocations, office buildouts, or infrastructure transitions

Excellent at networking, relationship building, and closing

Independent, proactive, and familiar with the Bay Area market
