Job Summary:
We are seeking a driven  Sales Executive  to join a dynamic home health team in California. This hybrid role requires a proactive sales professional who thrives on direct outreach, community engagement, and relationship-building. Ideal candidates will have solid experience in healthcare sales, adhere strictly to ethical sales practices, and be comfortable using CRM systems to track and manage leads.
Key Responsibilities:
Actively generate and follow up on leads through outbound calls, community outreach, and in-person visits.
Build strong relationships with referral sources including physicians, discharge planners, and case managers.
Maintain accurate records and activity tracking using CRM tools.
Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to team growth.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
1–10 years of experience in sales, preferably in home health or healthcare-related fields.
Proven success in outbound sales and field outreach - not reliant on job boards.
CRM experience required.
Must work exclusively in this role (no side jobs).
Must be a self-starter who follows processes and operates with integrity.
