Slalom Mountain West is seeking a Sales Executive to drive business results by producing a well-managed, profitable, and growing book of business within the Communication industry sector. This individual will serve as a trusted partner, building and executing customized business plans and predictable sales engagement processes. Successful candidates must thrive in a people-based corporate culture and be passionate about identifying new client opportunities and growing the Slalom brand.
What You’ll Do
Identify, lead, and close Slalom client opportunities throughout the entire sales lifecycle.
Drive revenue and sales goals through effective management of partner engagement, business development, internal collaboration, and marketing strategies.
Create and execute on strategies to break into new accounts and expand into new areas of existing accounts.
Collaborate with account and practice leaders to help further sales strategy, lead our business development pursuits, and develop account plans.
Establish new client logos for Slalom and support the growth of existing accounts.
Thoughtfully prospect and qualify client opportunities related to the entire consulting portfolio, including technology, data, and business advisory services.
Get to know our consultants and work with them to leverage their networks to identify opportunities.
Host and facilitate Slalom marketing events.
Establish, manage, and grow relationships with key executives and stakeholders.
Build and execute customized business plans and predictable sales engagement processes.
What You’ll Bring
A history of building lasting, trusted advisor relationships with clients and teammates.
Team-oriented approach to selling complex, outcome-based deals.
Strong values-based leadership with a proven track record in consultative, solution based selling and exceeding multimillion-dollar sales and revenue targets.
Extensive experience in driving revenue growth within large global companies and enhancing the company’s global presence.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience in developing compelling copy, presentations, proposals, and responding to RFx’s.
Expertise in client relationship management to understand needs and recommend valuable solutions.
Previous account management experience within technology or services/consulting sectors and skilled at fostering relationships with executive leaders (CXOs, VPs) and decision-makers.
Ability to lead teams through complex technology solution sales cycles encompassing solutioning, budgeting, procurement, negotiations, and aligning strategies with market trends to refine target account plans.
Experience surpassing customer expectations by delivering exceptional client experiences and employing innovative strategies for pursuing and closing deals.

Compensation and Benefits

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the base salary pay range is $104,000-$158,000 . In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
