We’re looking for a Top-Performing Sales Executive who knows the logistics industry inside and out. This is an on-site role in Memphis, TN , perfect for a driven, results-focused professional ready to make big moves and even bigger commissions .
If you’ve got the numbers to back up your hustle—we want to see them. A book of business is a huge plus, but not a deal-breaker. What matters most is your ability to sell, close, and grow .
What You’ll Do
Develop and close new business opportunities in freight and logistics
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
Build long-term relationships with shippers and customers
Collaborate with operations and dispatch teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Consistently hit and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Stay ahead of market trends and competitive offerings
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 5 years of logistics sales experience (3PL or asset-based preferred)
Proven sales performance — bring your numbers!
Strong understanding of transportation and supply chain services
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and competitive
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Existing customer relationships or book of business = major plus
Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
