B2B Sales Hunter – Insurance & Employee Benefits
Location: Hartland, Wisconsin

What You’ll Do:
Hunt new business: Prospect, cold call, network, and leverage your connections to identify and close new business to business opportunities.
Consult and close: Engage C-level executives, insurance brokers, HR professionals and decision-makers with a consultative approach to uncover needs and provide tailored benefit solutions.
Own your market: Maintain strong working relationships with established benefit brokers, insurance agents and agencies and new accounts within regional and national territory.
Collaborate for impact: Partner with our internal teams to deliver seamless onboarding and world-class customer service.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven B2B sales success (5+years), preferably within the insurance or employee benefits space.
A hunter mentality : self-motivated, competitive, and driven to exceed targets.
Consultative selling skills with the ability to engage executive-level decision-makers.
Strong knowledge of benefit plans, insurance products, or HR/employee programs (preferred).
Exceptional communication, negotiation, networking and presentation abilities .
Experience selling " administrative type services " is a plus.
