Job Description

Our client is looking for a highly motivated Regional Sales Executive. This individual is responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities by leveraging effective and proven sales processes, with a strong focus on targeted accounts and the specific needs of the assigned territory or accounts. Success in this role requires a proactive, self‑motivated individual with a detail‑oriented approach to sales.

Responsibilities

  • Strong emphasis on net new client relationships and will work with existing clients to increase business.
  • Manage the entire sales life cycle, from prospecting and initial discovery to proposal development, closing, and client onboarding, ensuring a seamless transition through each stage of the process.
  • Identify potential clients and all the decision‑makers within their organization.
  • Research and build relationships with new clients.
  • Plan out territory management approach, develop prospect lists, and compelling sales messaging.

Compensation

  • Variable commission – uncapped.
  • Projected Year 1 earnings: $145k - $165k.
  • Projected Year 2 earnings: $165k+.
