Sales Fundamentals Job Training Opportunity at Year Up United summary: Year Up United offers an intensive, one-year job training program focused on developing professional business and communication skills, with access to internships at leading financial institutions and personalized mentorship. Participants gain hands-on experience, resume building, interviewing and networking skills, and receive an educational stipend during their internship phase. The program targets motivated young adults without a bachelor's degree, enabling them to launch careers in sales and related fields with strong employment outcomes.

Year Up United is a one-year or less, intensive job training program that provides young adults with in-classroom skill development, access to internships and/or job placement services, and personalized coaching and mentorship. Year Up United participants also receive an educational stipend. The program combines technical and professional training with access to internships and job placement support through our industry-leading talent placement firm YUPRO Placement. If you receive an internship, it may be at Bank of America or JPMorgan Chase among other leading organizations in the Detroit area. Are you eligible?
