Qualifications Required: Minimum 5+ years in sales management within the home services, remodeling, or related industry. Proven track record of scaling revenue and gross profit in a competitive market. Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and inspire high-performance sales teams . Strong operational management skills with experience overseeing multiple functions. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
