Together with the Sr. Manager Sales Intelligence you will oversee MDLZ omni performance management to optimize sales operations, identify revenue opportunities and help shape channel strategy.
***This role can be fully remote from anywhere in the USA***
How you will contribute
You will:
Support Data Management & Integration by helping streamline data sources for unified source of truth across channels and modalities (reporting management, retiring redundant systems, consolidation).
Extract, clean and transform data into actionable reports and data visualizations
Help ensure data quality and governance across multiple platforms
Support Performance Management by leading efforts to build, maintain and enhance internal performance tracking and accountability
Develop and maintain consistent reporting tools that will allow members to more easily access key KPI’s to drive their business.
Identify and articulate in-year upside opportunities across key channels/customersProvide support with Insights and Analysis by spearheading comprehensive analyses of customers and channels in partnership with customer I&APartner with the Channel Strategy team in annual situation assessments to inform annual long-term commercial planning processesHave the ability to lead strategic projects with our cross functional partners, acting as the point person for SalesReview business process routines and provide recommendations on driving efficienciesAct as an input into the broader portfolio/total business analyses as needed
What extra ingredients you will bring:
Required Bachelor’s degree
Possesses strong conceptual and analytical skills with the ability to analyze large datasets and make actionable recommendations
In depth knowledge of MDLZ business acumen and processes is preferred
Technologically savvy with advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerBI and Tableau knowledge
Expertise within syndicated data platforms (Nielsen, Circana, Numerator, etc.) across POS and Shopper Panels
Excellent communication skills and able to drive effective discussions. Experience managing and influencing stakeholders, key customers and cross functional partners
Ability to lead strategic projects and comfortable dealing with ambiguity
Strong organizational and time management skills
The base salary range for this position is $106,300 to $146,200; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
