We are looking for a passionate and motivated Marketing Intern to join our team, gaining hands-on experience in marketing and production within the personal care industry. This position will report to the Product Manager. The anticipated duration of the internship is up to six months. The intern will perform market research to identify, qualify, and capture leads for use in the future marketing campaigns leveraging social media, industry reports, and potential customer websites in cosmetics and personal care. The intern will utilize software and programs including but not limited to LinkedIn, AI, Cloudingo, and Salesforce. Essential Duties: As Sales Intern, you will assist in the following: · Lead Generation: Identifying and researching potential clients, reaching out through various channels (phone, email, etc.), and qualifying leads · Market Research: Analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity related to AI products or services · Sales Support: Assisting with the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and other materials · CRM Management: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions · Data Analysis: Analyzing sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement What We're Looking For: Currently pursuing or has recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field from an accredited university. Interest in personal care, skincare, or beauty industries. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) and web-based search tools. Basic understanding of sales principles and customer services practices. Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively. Comfortable with cold outreach and follow-up communications.
