We are now expanding into *IT asset recovery and managed services*, working with schools, enterprises, and government agencies to handle everything from buybacks and repairs to lifecycle reporting and secure recycling.We’re seeking a *mid-level Sales Lead* who can take ownership of client outreach, lead generation, and early-stage deal cycles — while helping shape a long-term sales organization. You'll be on the front lines of a strategic push into *MSP and ITAD* services, backed by operational infrastructure and consulting guidance.*Salary Range:**$65,000 – $85,000 base + strong commission potential*OTE Year 1: $110K–$130K+ depending on performance*Key Responsibilities:** Source and engage schools, businesses, and government agencies with aging or excess technology* Pitch CTI’s ITAD services: buybacks, secure recycling, repairs, and data destruction* Offer lifecycle service options including device deployment, helpdesk routing, and asset tracking via SaaS partners* Manage the full sales cycle: prospect → pitch → proposal → close* Collaborate with the founder and consultant on go-to-market strategy* Help shape outreach scripts, CRM process, and territory plan* Report weekly performance metrics and pipeline updates* Travel to tradeshows or client sites as needed (minimal to moderate)*What We’re Looking For:** 2–5 years of sales experience in *IT services*, *SaaS*, or *ITAD** Experience selling to *K–12*, *higher ed*, *enterprise*, or *municipal clients** Comfortable making cold calls, sending outreach emails, and managing multi-touch pipelines* Strong communicator with confidence to demo services and handle objections* Entrepreneurial mindset — scrappy, resourceful, and hungry to build something*Bonus Points For:** Prior experience in ITAD, E-Waste, MSP, or lifecycle services* Familiarity with device buybacks, MDM software, or repair workflows* Experience using HubSpot, ZoomInfo, or outbound sales tools*Why Join Us?** You’ll be *the face of a new division* — not just a cog in a big machine* Direct mentorship from the founder and strategic consultants* Massive opportunity to grow into *Sales Director* or *Head of Value Recovery** High commission upside tied to actual revenue (not just leads)* Fast-moving, no-BS culture that values results and autonomyJob Type: Full-timePay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per yearBenefits:* Paid time offAbility to Commute:* Sayreville, NJ 08872 (Preferred)Ability to Relocate:* Sayreville, NJ 08872: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)Work Location: Hybrid remote in Sayreville, NJ 08872
