Job Title: Sales & Leasing Consultant

Job Summary: Mitchell Subaru, located in Canton, Connecticut, is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales & Leasing Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers in purchasing or leasing new or used Subaru vehicles. As an individual contributor, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and promoting our brand. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a passion for cars, and a desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner • Understand and demonstrate product features and benefits to customers • Conduct test drives and explain vehicle specifications and capabilities • Provide accurate and timely price quotes to customers • Negotiate sales and leasing contracts with customers • Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, current sales and incentives, and financing options • Follow up with potential and existing customers to build and maintain relationships • Complete necessary paperwork and document all sales activities • Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and objectives

Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent education • Previous sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry • Strong negotiation and customer service skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment • Proficiency in computer and internet applications • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
