In this dynamic Sales Manager opportunity, you’ll champion the intersection of fine art, luxury design, and high-end architecture, bringing the firm into exclusive residential, hospitality, and commercial spaces. With a sharp understanding of luxury market dynamics, you’ll engage high-net-worth clients and design influencers, tailoring sales strategies to their unique needs. Your expertise in building relationships, managing long sales cycles, and negotiating high-value deals will be key to your success. If you’re a strategic thinker with a proven track record in high-end sales, this is your opportunity to shape the artistic landscape i?n the design industry. Qualifications Proven track record in high-ticket sales, ideally in luxury design, fine art, or high-end architectural elements. Established relationships with leading architecture and design firms, high-end developers, and hospitality groups. Ability to identify, pursue, and close deals with top-tier clients, including architects, designers, developers, and private collectors. Experience developing long-term sales strategies and penetrating new markets. Strong rapport-building skills with designers, specifiers, and procurement teams. Familiarity with the process of integrating sculpture and bespoke design into high-end projects. Experience with high-impact sales presentations, proposal development, and contract negotiations. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to pitch to C-suite executives, designers, and collectors. Ability to coordinate complex sales processes, ensuring smooth communication between clients, designers, fabricators, and logistics teams. Comfort managing custom commissions and long-lead-time sales cycles. Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and negotiation skills to close deals efficiently. Highly self-driven with the ability to work independently while aligning with the company’s strategic goals. Adaptability in navigating a niche market and adjusting sales approaches to different client needs.
