Job Overview – Sales Manager (Healthcare):
Compensation: $115,000 – $135,000/year
Location: Edison, NJ
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Hybrid)
Our client is seeking a Sales Manager (Healthcare) for a hybrid role based in Edison, NJ (Hybrid). This position focuses on generating new business, managing provider and payor relationships, and driving revenue growth in a defined territory. Ideal candidates have experience in healthcare sales, infusion therapy, chronic care services, and healthcare account management, with strong knowledge of reimbursement policies, infusion operations, and CRM tools.
Responsibilities as the Sales Manager (Healthcare):
Territory Growth: Drive revenue by targeting clinics, physicians, and payors within the assigned territory.
Account Development: Manage existing accounts and identify new business opportunities to expand service reach.
Client Solutions: Present service offerings, coordinate care, and ensure client satisfaction through consistent follow-up.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with clinical, reimbursement, and operations teams to deliver seamless service.
Reporting & Compliance: Maintain accurate sales documentation, including reports, metrics, and pipeline updates.
Qualifications for the Sales Manager (Healthcare):
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Experience:  2+ years in healthcare sales, preferably within infusion therapy, home health, or specialty services, with a track record of securing new business.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with reimbursement models, healthcare payors, and IVIG treatment protocols is strongly preferred.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, with CRM system experience preferred.
Skills & Attributes:  Results-driven and organized, with strong communication and negotiation skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare providers and internal teams.
